How exact does the birth time need to be?

As exact as you can get it. Even five minutes out can shift the details of the document — so it's worth double-checking the hospital record or birth certificate rather than going from memory. If you're genuinely unsure, the form has a place to tell us and we'll work carefully with what you have.

Is this a gift?
