Every blueprint is a personalised digital document made to order from your details, so we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds once production has begun. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law — if your document arrives faulty, is not what was described, or does not arrive at all, contact us at synergyblueprints@gmail.com and we will make it right with a remedy, a replacement or a refund as the law provides. If we have made an error in your document from details you gave us correctly, we will correct and re-issue it at no cost.
Only what the document cannot be made without: the name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth of each person the document is written about; and the purchasing customer’s name and email address. Optionally, an order number and a dedication line if you choose to provide one. We do not collect health information, financial information, identity documents, or anything else.
Your details are used for exactly one purpose: creating the document you ordered. They are never sold, never shared with third parties for marketing, and never used to build any profile of you. Form submissions are stored securely by our form provider (Netlify) and are permanently deleted from that store, and from our working records, within 30 days of your document being delivered. We do not maintain a marketing mailing list from purchase data.
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and held by Netlify, our website and form provider, whose servers may be located outside Australia. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe handles your card details directly and Synergy Blueprints\™ never sees, receives or stores card numbers. Delivery is by email. Each of these providers maintains its own security standards, and we use them because they are established, reputable and encrypted end to end.
You may at any time ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including before your document has been made. Email synergyblueprints@gmail.com and we will action it, ordinarily within 7 days, and confirm in writing when it is done. There is no charge for this. If you ask us to delete your details before delivery, we will refund your order in full, since the document cannot be made without them.
The Baby Edition is purchased by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child. By providing a child’s details you confirm you are that child’s parent or legal guardian and consent to those details being used to create the document. A child’s details are treated with the same protections as any other — used only for the document, never published, never shared, and deleted from our working records within 30 days of delivery. The finished document belongs to your family alone; we do not use it as a sample, an example or marketing material.
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers and does not profile visitors. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the standard connection information (including IP address) that any website request involves. Anonymous, aggregate visit counts may be recorded by our hosting provider for basic traffic reporting. Nothing on this site is used to identify you personally.
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you directly by email, and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the law requires, as soon as we reasonably can.

Your document is delivered by email as a print-ready file, normally within 24–72 hours of your completed details arriving. If anything holds your order up, we will tell you before you have to ask.
Your finished document is yours — to keep, print, frame, gift and pass down within your family, forever. What remains ours is everything underneath it: the written library, the wording, the structure, the method, the design system, the typography, the name and the marks. Synergy Blueprints™ and The Heirloom Method™ are trademarks of the business. The text of this website, and the text of every document we produce, is original work protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, republish, adapt or use the contents of a Synergy Blueprints document — or of this website — as source material for a commercial product, a competing service, a template, a course, or the training of an automated system, without written permission. Personal, family and gift use is exactly what it is for; commercial use is not.
Synergy Blueprints is an independent Australian business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or connected to any of the organisations, schools or bodies associated with the traditions our documents draw upon. Any names of those traditions are used descriptively only, to say honestly what a document is made from.
